All Stars is Building Bridges to the wider cosmopolitan life of London. We organise trips and workshops that connect young people with professionals in business, media, academia and other industries.  Our organisation is offering young people from all backgrounds inside access to world-class institutions. We also train them in real-life performance skills needed to interact with all sorts of new people.

Whether through in-person visits or online sessions, we help you make the connections needed to #PerformYourPotential.

On previous trips, we have met and learned from:

• leaders in the finance industry at the offices of companies like EY, Davidson Kempner and TheCityUK

• staff from Google who work in both the advertising and the engineering side of the tech industry

• journalists at BBC Broadcasting House and the Financial Times

• Olivier and Tony-Award winning theatre-makers, plus producers from the Royal Festival Hall/South Bank Centre

• scientific researchers at Birkbeck University's Babylab, NHS doctors and the team of facilities managers who helped build Manchester’s Nightengale Hospital

Every year we are building new connections that offer our Young Leaders access to leading institutions in the heart of London.

With our ever-growing list of partners, we are facilitating in-depth opportunities and contacts that help young people to reach new horizons in their lives. Our programmes feature workshops in advance of our visits, which offer a chance to rehearse the leadership performances that help open doors to the wider world.
